In short, there are 1 quarter notes per minute, so you can calculate two quarter notes in one second. For example, if you want to increase or decrease the range of movement of the fader, insert "Util Level Mono" in the middle. In the video, it is done with Cutoff, but I think that you can do almost the same thing if you do it with volume.
